Ingest Events

Accept a batch of page_view / widget_view events.

Persisted only for authenticated users with a current product_analytics consent grant. Anonymous requests, missing or revoked consent and consent lookup failures are dropped, and every case returns an empty 204 so the response never reveals consent state. The account is taken only from the signed token, never from the ?account= or X-Account-Id overrides. Honors DNT: 1 and silently drops the batch.
