It is not investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, a suitability determination, a fiduciary service, a broker-dealer service, a registered investment adviser service, a portfolio-management service, or an execution system.

1. Product Labels Are Not Legal Advice Labels

The names "Investment Committee", "analyst", "portfolio manager", "risk analyst", "technical analyst", "decision", "recommendation", "conviction", "target", "invalidation", "entry", "stop", "sizing", and similar labels are product vocabulary only. 2. AI and Model Limitations

Investment Committee may combine deterministic scoring, third-party data, account-derived context, heuristics, and large-language-model output. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, stale data, incorrect calculations, hallucinations, flawed assumptions, incomplete context, unsupported conclusions, or formatting mistakes.

No output is tailored to your complete financial circumstances, objectives, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, tax status, legal restrictions, margin status, or portfolio constraints.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating and acting on any information. Before making any decision, independently verify every material fact directly with your broker, custodian, exchange, market-data source, tax professional, legal professional, or licensed financial professional as appropriate.

You agree not to rely on Investment Committee output as the sole or primary basis for any trade, investment decision, tax position, legal position, or portfolio action.

4. No Order Placement or Discretion

Investment Committee does not place trades, route orders, manage accounts, exercise discretion, monitor your portfolio, rebalance assets, or control broker execution. Any trade or investment action occurs outside Investment Committee and remains your sole responsibility.

5. Risk of Loss

Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, including loss of principal. Options, short sales, margin, leverage, futures, crypto assets, prediction-market contracts, and derivatives can involve rapid, total, or unlimited losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlitzPulse and Blitz Global Capital LLC disclaim all warranties and liability for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, profitability, suitability, availability, trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, AI hallucinations, broker/API issues, outages, delays, tax consequences, or reliance on Investment Committee output.
